Nevaeh Baker Harris

Nevaeh Baker Harris is a staff writer for Grandstand Magazine and a sophomore at the University of Florida. Born in Columbus, Georgia, she moved to Florida for college on a whim. Originally a chemistry major, she switched to journalism after discovering the program at orientation and falling in love with it.

She is also on the pre‑health track and hopes to become a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in the future. Nevaeh currently holds an EMT license in the state of Florida. When she’s not writing, she can usually be found studying or researching her favorite horses — Forever Young (JPN) and Secretariat.
