Sofia Durante

Sofia Durante is a member of the social media team for Grandstand Magazine. She is a second-year advertising student in UF’s College of Journalism and Communications, specializing in the Persuasive Messaging track. Sofia is also pursuing a minor in accounting and certificates in sport management and AI fundamentals.

Raised in Ponte Vedra, Florida, Sofia spent last summer interning with a local collegiate summer baseball team. She currently serves as a marketing coordinator intern at Distinction Agency, a marketing and talent representation firm. Looking ahead, she hopes to build a career in the sports industry with a major American league.

An avid traveler, Sofia aims to visit 20 countries before turning 25. So far, her favorite destination has been Lake Oeschinensee in Switzerland.
